Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. We are in the office until noon on Fridays for emergencies. The office is closed weekends and major holidays.

We feel it is very important for you to be able to get in touch with someone in case of an emergency after hours. You may contact our office 24 hours a day at 636-8475 for our West Linn office or 655-6670 for our Oregon City office. Information will be provided where Dr. Cook or a staff member may be reached. In non-emergency cases, you may leave a message and we will return your call the following business day.
