Dr. Cook graduated from the University of Missouri. He then received his dental degree (dds) from Loyola University in Chicago. Following his dental school, he served as a captain in the army and was a clinical instructor at Tufts Dental School in Boston. He received his masters degree (msd) in orthodontics from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. He began the exclusive practice of orthodontics in West Linn in 1975.

Dr. Cook’s membership in the American Association of Orthodontists and his unique achievement as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, assures you he has met the highest standards of training, education and experience for his specialty.
